Gained in practice, for use in practice: Treatment for acne skin with mild inflammation
(1) Cleansing: Intensive cleansing with cleansing gel (Reinigungs-Gel).
(2) Mix 5 g of enzyme peeling mask (Enzym-Peeling-Maske) with some water into a mask and apply to the face. Keep the mask moist with a warm compress while resting on the face. Remove after approx. 10 minutes with lukewarm water.
(3) Apply lotion (süüsmoon®-Lotion P) and massage in gently.
(4) Intensive care:
• 0,5 ml Liposome concentrate Plus (Liposomen-Konzentrat Plus).
• 0,5 ml Phosphatidylserine nanoparticles (Phosphatidylserin-Nanopartikel).
(5) Optional: Apply vitamin cream mask (Vitamin-Crememaske) and massage in gently (avoid inflamed areas). After a few minutes, if desired, the residues of the cream mask can be removed with a cosmetic tissue.
